Quality you can measure

Packaging is good when it fits: on the filling line, with the closure, in the carton. That's why we measure against the drawing and put the results in writing.

Six checkpoints – from choosing the plant to loading the truck

    Before the first order

    Plant assessment

  2. 02

    Before approval

  3. 03

    First series parts

    Production start

  4. 04

    Running production

    During production

  5. 05

    Goods packed

    Before shipping

  6. 06

    At loading

    Loading check

  1. Dimensional checks against the drawing

Every sample and every inspection lot is measured against your drawing.

    • Height, diameter and wall thickness
    • Neck finish and thread
    • Weight and fill volume
    • Fit between container and closure
  2. Material and food contact

We request the documents the EU requires for food-contact packaging and check them for completeness.

    • Declaration of compliance under Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004
    • For plastics: evidence under Regulation (EU) No 10/2011
    • Migration test reports from accredited laboratories
    • Good manufacturing practice under Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006
  3. The approved sample as reference

The sample you approve is labelled and retained. Every later delivery is measured against it.

  4. Pre-shipment inspection

Before goods leave the plant, we inspect a sample using AQL sampling (ISO 2859-1) for dimensions, appearance and packing. You receive the inspection report with photos.

  5. Traceability

We link batch numbers, production dates and inspection reports to every delivery. If a question comes up, you know where each part came from.
